The high school season is underway and there are some key things that will separate the contenders from the pre-tenders. The teams that focus on these 5 things will increase their chances of going to the playoffs and playing for something bigger.
Strength and Conditioning
Your team spends much of the off-season lifting weights and conditioning. So many teams make the mistake of stopping their lifting program once fall camp or season begins. Your TEAM can actually get STRONGER (injury prevention as well) during the season and will make a huge difference as the season goes on. Your conditioning can be difference maker and help you win games in the 4th quarter.
Saturday= Film Review, Lactic Acid Run (100's, 4 Corners, etc.)
Sunday= Day Off
Monday= Heavy Leg Day + Gasser's (Lift first)

Wednesday= Extra Stretching+ Mobility (48 Hour Practice)
Thursday= Light Practice/Walk-thru
Your Strength and Conditioning can be a huge difference for your team and injury prevention all while developing a TOUGHNESS for your TEAM.
